Bearded General Red IPA

Double dry-hopped with Amarillo hops, this medium bodied IPA has notes of grapefruit and apricots, with a deep amber color from imported New Zealand caramel malts. The Bearded General Red IPA is named after General Guan Yu from the Three Kingdom’s period. He is generally portrayed as a red-faced warrior with a long lush beard and has been deified by Chinese Buddhists as the bearded god.
